I always rent my cars at this location. The staff is very professional and service is quick and hassle free. Manager- Ms Nicole has even went out of the way to return personal belongings I once left in one of the rentals. Great customer service.
The dudes working here are cool. Also the dudettes.
A very small Hertz. Would not come back again and drive another mile to go to another one. Our car was dirty in the outside and inside plus their cars are all old. I never had this kind of experience with Hertz so I would say it's a store/location problem.
Overall I left very satisfied. Would definitely use them again!
Rented a car from them 2 years ago to go on a road trip. Sales person made sure to make use of any available promotions to give me a rate far below the other places I shopped around at. Car was clean and in good working order. Ended up having a pin hole leak in one of the tires which caused it to go low every other day. Despite being a minor issue, sales person knocked down the end price a little and overlooked my melted chocolate bar mishap in the front seat.
If I could give this negative Stars I would. Got vehicle brakes were bad. When I got rental I noticed that the gas gauge was much less then what they stated on the paper. I told them they said don't worry about it. What's a return vehicle with same amount of fuel as when I got it. They tried charging me to fill tank up at their cost at $9.57 a gallon. I charged my credit card. When I confronted them about it they act like I had three heads
