We had a problem with the size of the furniture. It wouldn’t make a turn to go in the basement. The manager of the Montgomeryville store, Ida, was very helpful. She advised us of the correct furniture to get and expedited our order.
Will never go any where else for a couc6 chair or loveseat
Peter was awesome! He completely understood my style preferences and was able to show me the items I was most interested in, as I was buying a recliner for my husband, and I really don't like the traditional overstuffed look, leaning more towards a contemporary look. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions, and was fully knowledgeable, from design to construction to available options and more! My husband hates to shop for anything, leaving the choice to me, and Peter truly helped me make a thoughtful selection. He rightfully recommended that my husband try out my choice, even though that wasn't going to happen. Peter even sat in the chair for me so I could estimate how my husband would fit! There was no hard sell approach, something that truly annoys me and sends me off to a different store. I chose Lazboy because of a reputation for quality, and because most of the items are made in the USA. When my daughter bought furniture last year, I suggested she check out Lazboy, and she did end up getting it there (at the Allentown store). I expect I will head straight to Lazboy for my next furniture purchase. Anyway, many thanks to Peter for his kind and knowledgeable assistance!
