Had a truly wonderful experience working with the Tile Shop and our salesperson Felix. My wife and I were new to this whole process when we decided to remodel our bathroom. Felix was very well informed had great ideas and was professional and patient with us. The marble we purchased from them was of Top Quality according to our tile installer and we couldn't be happier.
We worked with a more local Tile Shop location for our initial order however when we realized we needed additional tiles, we were sent to the Montgomeryville location...and I wish I had dealt with them from the beginning. Sean answered all my questions, went out of his way and got what I needed. All it took was one phone call! I highly recommend Sean at this location..we had a small order but he handled it like I was a huge dollar customer. Thank you!
We were lucky enough to have worked with Kathleen. She is outstanding!. She knows here stuff, and her ideas were great! We are doing a total remodel of our master bath and she helped us with the different tiles, grout and accents. Our contractor is almost finished and it looks beautiful! Her ideas came together perfectly and I love the entire room!
My experience with the Tile Shop Montgomeryville, PA was nothing short of amazing. The sales people were very knowledgeable and courteous. Due to a unique situation that developed during the selection and purchase process, the store manager, Felix, stepped in and found a solution that worked out. Felix truly knows how to treat and take care of customers. For your tile needs I highly recommend you go to this store. I am definitely a customer for life!

Just spoke with a representative of The Tile Shop. They have NO responsibility or liability for ordering the correct amount of tile needed for your project. It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct amount! Not something you want to attempt? There are a number of competent tile stores in the PA/NJ area - find another. RUN AWAY FASTER!
Don't walk away from this store - RUN!!! If all "The Tile Shops" are as bad as this one they should be out of business shortly. We mistakenly relied on the store manager to correctly calculate the amount of tile needed for a bathroom. We assumed (incorrectly obviously) that he was capable of measuring the amount of tile necessary for the project; this being part of the reason he worked in a tile store instead of selling plumbing equipment. After our contractor finished half of the bathroom we found we had only half of the tile necessary.( We did think we received a good price when purchasing our tile, but when you are only buying half, that would seem to be the case!) Called the store to explain our issue and was met with an "oh well - s*** happens" attitude! Really? Perhaps this issue happens so frequently that it is simply another day at The Tile Shop. RUN FAST!
