Overall, good place to stay.
Nice clean room, very accommodating friendly staff. Small but up to date modern gym. The breakfast was the usual Quality Inn food but overall great place to stay.
Staff at check in was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Room was quiet and restful. Jet tub relaxing.
The bad: the fridge wasn't cold at all, with no way to adjust it. The vending machine was out of water and the 1st floor machine was broken.
This Hotel is clean, quiet, and close to many different restaurants, transportation, shopping malls & popular stores. The employees are super friendly and I the rooms are cozy & clean!! Would definitely stay again!
I booked a reservation for this hotel online at least 24 hours in advance. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm. I arrived at approximately 3:45, well after check in time. I was told they didn't have a clean room for me, and I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes until they could provide one. With a hotel having a slogan "Value for your money" you would expect to check into your hotel without serious delays. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The bathroom had a few hairs in the sink and tub, otherwise else the room was clean.
The good: Friendly staff. Very fast wifi, third floor, at the end of the bldg, #329. Large, clean room. Lots of hot water with good pressure.
