Great nice and clean. Plymouth meeting theatres sold out ran to Franks and picked up tickets then lunch went back for great show with my grandson. Franks saved the day. Thanks
For a place as large as a theater, the building can be a bit tricky to find, and when you do, there is a noticeable lack of signage. I've been here a few times, and it's been a ghost town. I realize that as someone who prefers early movies and avoids new releases, I am not seeing the place at its peak, but I have been the only patron in the theater more than once. The last two times I went, the floors in the lobby were sticky and the bathrooms smelled terrible. The seats were comfortable, but the chairs were squeaky - a problem exacerbated once by a rude patron who aggressively rocked his seat for the entire movie. I am a fan of movie popcorn, and each time I've been here, I've been disappointed with stale, room-temperature popcorn. I did bring it to the employee's attention on my last visit, but was told that the popcorn was fresh - however it was sitting in a big pile that sure didn't look freshly made. It's not a bad theater, and given how convenient it is to my home, I will keep returning when I don't want to drive further, but this place is in bad need of a makeover. Competition is going to become stiffer as the next closest theater is currently closed for a major renovation and will become the preferred choice for many people in the neat future. Montgomeryville deserves a great theater; I hope the owners are able to improve!
Great service. Seats are comfy. Prices are reasonable. Food is good.
Nice theaters inside, clean, and counter staff is friendly. It's understandable that ushers use flashlights to help people find seats, but too many of them flash the beam straight in your eyes while you're sitting in your seat and they don't lower it. Very annoying. Other than that a very nice experience.
I love this place. The staff is a bunch of young whipper snappers and i periodically bring them pizza rolls. The customer service was wait for it... out of this world. i once left a money clip full of Benjamin's behind and you know what they did, they gave it back to me without even counting the money, and the one time they let me eat toast, God Bless :)
