Just went to eat with family 2 adults and 3 children. Waited 25 minutes No one even approached us. We left.... terrible staffing issues obviously and customer service
The hostess had my fiancé and I sit at a dirty table. I also saw 3 centipedes crawling on the floor, My sausage was still pink inside. The waitress are always on there cell phones or chatting up a storm with the other waitresses. do not recommend this place. I won't be surprised if I get food poisoning tonight...
I thought it was going to a nightmare from the reviews. So I went in with low expectations. Not dingy at all, new paint, ceiling was clean and floor was clean. Waitress Michelle was awesome. Very attentive. Kept the caffeine flowing. Had pancakes, friends had omelette's . All the food was hot and tasty. Will go back again to try lunch another time.
The food is always great. I enjoy the seasoned waitresses but they have a new one in that like her cell phone more than tips I guess. She will learn eventually.
Went back as the last few times have been good. All I gotta say is I won’t be back! We got kids Mac and Cheese and fries. Waited 40 min. Salad bar was empty no lettuce. Such a shame...
The worst service and food. This was our first time here...never again. While we went on a late Sunday morning and it was busy it certainly did not need to take close to an hour to receive scrambled eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Received the wrong order and grew frustrated so I ordered french fries and gravy since I knew that would be quick. The gravy was the consistency of paste. Horrible!! I had better food in the military. The waitress was nice and pleasant, that's all the good I can say.
