It was such a relief to know we could actually browse and have a human conversation before making a large financial decision.
They helped us find an Abarth with exactly the right options and put on a modified Good Win exhaust (that sounds fantastic). They also painted the front with the red front air dam and tow hook cover (like the European Spec 124 Abarth.)

This is extremely impressive, given the dizzying number of models, packages, and variations across the Fiat line. Being able to purchase a car in a comfortable environment without feeling at any time that the sale staff was slimy or misleading, just to score a commission, was a breath of fresh air.
This is the best car dealer ever. The sales process was super easy. They handed me the keys to a 500L, and let me drive as long as I wanted with no sales people along for the ride. They made a great deal on the car, bumping me a trim level, without much additional cost at all.
When I bring it in for service, I wait in the lounge at Fiat. They have comfortable couch like chair. They bring you expresso, and there are books and magazines to read. It's like hanging out at Barnes and Noble.
Awesome dealership, Andrew is the BEST! I have had my Fiat 500X Trekking Plus for just over a month, and I love it more and more every day. After test driving every new car out there, this Fiat had me as soon as I rounded the first corner. We drove from 2.5 hrs from Baltimore to get the color I wanted, and were not disappointed in any way. The whole buying experience was unbelievably pleasant, most of it conducted in the comfy showroom chairs, no pressure whatsoever. I would absolutely buy another car from this dealership. Love the family atmosphere, and having a friendly dog like Lucy in the showroom is a nice touch too. Will definitely be back!

Great dealership and I would highly recommend them. I bought a convertible Fiat from Andrew. The whole team was very approachable and willing to work on getting the right car on my budget. I went to four different dealerships and by far this one was the most honest and genuine. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Plus, its the only car dealer that has a dog. Lucy is a huge fluffy friendly dog, that is always there to greet you happily. I actually want to hang out, and stop by and chat with the sales staff. Make sure you ask for Michaela, she's the best!
