The worst service I have ever had with acura, im actually a Honda sales consultant from another dealership, this location was more convenient for me. Never again. The were supposed to fix two things on my car they scheduled an appointment for me to come back. When I got there they didn't have my part or any type of reasonable solution. Waste of my time and PTO

My review actually will not fit with this character limit. My original salesperson James is unbelievably rude and I couldn't get on the phone with an actual person after 10+ tries until I got there to reschedule the appointment with someone else. I ended up with Leon who was very personable and I was happy with him and Kevin, but don't have wonderful things to say about anyone else there. The person who tries to talk you into the warranties was absolutely awful and needs a lesson in customer service, especially when dealing with women.
Glenn was our salesman and he did an excellent job of making sure I was happy with my Acura RDX. The pricing was fair and I had a much better experience at Montgomeryville Acura than another dealer on the other side of town. I highly recommend this dealership for price and service.
The car is OK, it was a great price but a headlight went out the next day and the door handle is finnicky, luckily I'm a certified master mechanic so I can handle that sort of thing. Be careful buying from this location.
